The technique consists of a combination of pressure point massage along the Sen-lines and yoga-related stretching exercises. The body becomes supple, blockages dissapear and energy can flow freely again. The mind will come to rest too. The massage stimulates the bloodflow and lymphatic system. Toxins and waste is removed and nutrients get used more effectively. This massage is done on a futon (Japanese-style mattress). You should wear stretchy or loose-fitting clothing, as this massage is given fully clothed.
This massage cannot be given as a partial massage.
